Short Term In-Person Customized or Supervised Training Plans
Short-term training during your holiday or 7-14 day training camps arranged on an individual basis. Based in Santa Ponca Mallorca, and the elite athletics centre in Magaluf, you can choose from a multitude of training environments. From the beach, to the gym, to the Mondo indoor and outdoor tracks and hills, to the mountains of north Mallorca and numerous trails and outdoor spaces on the island.
Medium Term Guidance and Support, In-Person and/or Online
For those based in Mallorca or spending longer on the island, we can develop your PB goals further with more time to develop transfer between training and competition improving both technique and athletic specific or general fitness parameters.
Long Term Comprehensive Athletics or General PB Development, In-Person and/or Online
Year long training and performance development, to peak for specific moments throughout the season or maintain health and fitness for life.
